Green Bay Packers cornerback Jarrett Bush won't be charged following Sunday's arrest for public intoxication.
The Vacaville, Calif. Police Department issued a statement Monday confirming that Bush was arrested, but said there will be no charges filed against the 30-year-old.
Police received a call early Sunday morning of a fight outside Everlyn's Big Italian Restaurant in downtown Vacaville and observed a large gathering of people.
Most of the individuals were dispersed without incident, but Bush refused to leave and continued to cause a disturbance, according to the statement. Bush was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Bush appeared in 15 games for the Packers last season, recording 16 tackles.
