Douglas will visit the Titans on Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports.
Analysis:
Douglas was released by Atlanta in late-February, and represents a potentially valuable addition as a slot receiver in free agency, especially for teams that are unable to dish out the high salary required for top free agent Randall Cobb. The 30-year-old hauled in 51 passes for 556 yards and two touchdowns over 12 games in 2014, and although this line doesn't live up to his 2013 numbers, his 7.5 yards per target is not a major dropoff from the year before. If the two sides are able to work out a deal, Douglas could see a slight uptick in targets in a less talented group of receivers, but the quality of quarterback play would remain a question mark.
