The Washington Redskins are expected to sign free-agent defensive tackle Terrance Knighton to a one-year deal worth $4 million, Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Knighton, who has manned the interior of the Denver Broncos' defensive line since 2013, also received interest from the Chicago Bears, Oakland Raiders and Baltimore Ravens.
Knighton's former teammate, DeMarcus Ware, tweeted Thursday about his surprise that Knighton had yet to sign.

Less than an hour later, news of Knighton's deal with the Redskins broke.
