New England Patriots right tackle Sebastian Vollmer underwent shoulder surgery after the Super Bowl, Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com reports.
Vollmer went under the knife to correct a nagging issue with his labrum. He played through the injury last season and is expected to be ready to play when the 2015 season rolls around.
Vollmer has started 67 of a possible 96 games since joining the Patriots as a second-round pick in 2009.
