Saints' Sean Payton: Garrett Grayson 'was the one'

Leading up to the draft, the New Orleans Saints were very open about their intention to add a young quarterback to their roster.
The Saints found their guy Friday, selecting former Colorado State signal-caller Garrett Grayson with the No. 75 overall pick. According to head coach Sean Payton, Grayson was the only quarterback the Saints had their eyes on.
"This was the one. If he wasn't available, we probably would have gone without drafting a quarterback," Payton said, according to Katherine Terrell of the Times-Picayune.
As high on Grayson as the Saints are, they don't expect him to supplant Drew Brees any time soon.
"We love our starter," Payton said.
