The Miami Dolphins have signed first-round pick DeVante Parker to a four-year contract worth $10.9 million, fully guaranteed, according to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports.
The deal reportedly includes a $6.2-million signing bonus.
Parker, a wide receiver out of Louisville, is expected to battle veteran Greg Jennings for playing time in training camp. That shouldn't be a problem for the rookie who could give the Dolphins an exciting deep threat next to slot man Jarvis Landry and newly acquired Kenny Stills.
The 14th-overall pick was highly coveted by the Dolphins leading up to the draft. He has drawn comparisons to A.J. Green due to his length, slower speed and great hands (just three drops in junior and senior seasons.)
In four years with the Cardinals, Parker tallied 156 receptions for 2,775 yards and 33 scores.
