The New York Giants have brought in veteran offensive tackle Jake Long for a visit, according to Dan Graziano of ESPN.
The Giants are in need of help along the offensive line after losing starting left tackle Will Beatty to a torn pectoral last week.
Jake Long's visit with the Giants @DanGrazianoESPN mentioned was an intro to the team/check on his rehab. No real rush for him right now.

Long was released by the St. Louis Rams in March after suffering back-to-back season ending torn-ACL injuries.
Now 30, Long is not the top pass protector he once was with the Miami Dolphins, but he could fit with the Giants as a serviceable veteran while first-round pick Ereck Flowers develops.
