Tyron Smith has been the cornerstone of the Dallas Cowboys' offensive line the past four seasons, appearing in all but one game and earning two Pro Bowl nods.
He's also ridiculously strong.
Cowboys center Travis Frederick told a radio station that Smith can bench press between 600 and 700 pounds.
