Cowboys' Tyron Smith can bench press over 600 pounds

Tyron Smith has been the cornerstone of the Dallas Cowboys' offensive line the past four seasons, appearing in all but one game and earning two Pro Bowl nods.
He's also ridiculously strong.
Cowboys center Travis Frederick told a radio station that Smith can bench press between 600 and 700 pounds.
"He does crazy things in the weight room that I wish that I could do and I never will be able to do unfortunately," Frederick said, according to the Dallas Morning News. "It wouldn't be unusual to see a small car."
