There are many accomplishments football teams hope to achieve, but the Indianapolis Colts apparently view "conference finalist" near the top of their list.
For reasons beyond comprehension, the Colts have hung a "2014 AFC Finalist" banner from the rafters at Lucas Oil Stadium.

We're still working with our sources to confirm, but apparently it replaced the team's "2011 AFC South Fourth Place" banner.
