Titans' Justin Hunter charged with assault in stabbing incident
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter has been charged with one count of felonious assault after an incident in Virginia Beach, Va., according to Newschannel5.com in Nashville.
A police spokesman confirmed the news with Mike Wells of ESPN.
The allegations against Hunter include "malicious intent, stabbing, cutting, wounding," according to the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office.

Authorities reportedly responded to a large fight at a local bar July 3, one victim was hospitalized due to injuries sustained during the incident.
Hunter turned himself in to authorities Monday after a warrant was issued. He is currently being held without bond and will be arraigned Tuesday.
According to Paul Kuharsky of ESPN, the Titans released a statement saying, "We are aware of the situation and are continuing to gather more facts."
A second-round pick out of Tennessee in 2013, Hunter has been a disappointment for the Titans since showing flashes of potential throughout his rookie season. In 2014, he tallied 28 receptions for 498 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games.
