Vogler (foot) was placed on the Bears' waived/injured list Thursday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Vogler, an undrafted rookie out of Alabama, was a long shot to make the Bears' 53-man roster heading into training camp, and lasted about a week with the club before the foot injury ended his bid. The tight end was recently spotted with a walking boot on his foot, so it seems unlikely that he'll heal up in time to receive another training camp invite from another club.
