Bears' Alshon Jeffery held out vs. Colts due to calf injury

Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery won't suit up for Saturday's preseason game at Indianapolis, Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Jeffery has been dealing with a strained calf for more than week and will be held on the sideline accordingly.
With no timetable set for his return and Kevin White (leg) likely out for most, if not all, of the upcoming season, the Bears will trot out Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson at wideout in the meantime.
