Report: Browns to sign quarterback Pat Devlin

The Cleveland Browns are bolstering their quarterback depth by adding Pat Devlin, reports FOX Sports' Mike Garafolo.
The move likely comes as a response to news that quarterback Johnny Manziel will sit out the third preseason game (and likely the finale) with elbow soreness.
Browns head coach Mike Pettine told the media an MRI showed no structural damage to Manziel's arm, but the team is being cautious.
With third-string passer Connor Shaw out after thumb surgery, the Browns need someone to take snaps in practice and the final preseason games.
Devlin has spent time with the Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, and Chicago Bears. He has never attempted a pass in the regular season.
