Chicago Bears defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff is "week-to-week" with an ankle injury, head coach John Fox said Monday.
Ratliff suffered the injury in the first quarter of Saturday's preseason loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and was later spotted in a walking boot.
The injury won't affect Ratliff's status for Week 1, as he was suspended for the first three games of the season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. He will be eligible to return following the Bears' Sept. 27 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
