Ridley (knee) is still on the physically unable to perform list, and head coach Todd Bowles indicated that's likely where Ridley will start the season, NJ.com reports.
Analysis:
Bowles stated that the team's running backs are playing well right now, so Ridley will be able to take his time and get fully healthy. Once Ridley has some practice time in pads, the team will evaluate at which point he's ready to be placed on the active roster. Even then, it's uncertain as to what his role on the team will be.
