Quarterback Ryan Griffin didn't make the New Orleans Saints' final roster, but he didn't have to wait long to find a new job.
Griffin was among the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' waiver claims Sunday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
In four preseason games this year, Griffin completed 24-of-41 passes for 264 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
By virtue of having the NFL's worst record in 2014, the Buccaneers have the top waiver priority. The team reportedly also claimed Kourtnei Brown, Jeremiah George, James-Michael Johnson and Eric Kush.
