Report: Saints' C.J. Spiller won't play Week 1 vs. Cardinals

New Orleans Saints running back C.J. Spiller won't play Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Spiller is recovering from the knee surgery he underwent in August, and is expected to return in time for Week 2.
The free-agent addition was only slated to miss the preseason, but it appears his recovery is taking longer than initially indicated.
In his absence, Mark Ingram will get the lion's share of the carries, with Khiry Robinson and Tim Hightower backing him up.
