Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall suffered a sprained toe in Thursday's loss to the New York Giants, according to the team.

Hall will undergo an MRI on the toe to determine the extent of the injury.

Leaving early in the second half, Hall was unable to put any weight on his right leg while being helped off the field. He was unable to return to the game.

The three-time Pro Bowler has dealt with nagging injuries throughout the offseason after suffering two torn Achilles' tendons last season.

The 31-year old will be spelled by Bashaud Breeland and Chris Culliver in his absence but Justin Rogers and Will Blackmon will also have to chip in.
