An average American male consumes roughly 2,600 calories per day. But Brock Hekking is no average male.
The San Diego Chargers rookie linebacker sat down with Bleacher Report to show off how much food he can put away in one sitting.
The 6-foot-3, 250-pounder - rocking a sweet, sweet mullet - polished off 21,396 calories in 42:38 minutes without breaking a sweat.
According to Bleacher Report, the menu consisted of:
- 2 racks of beef ribs
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 pulled pork sandwiches
- 1 giant sausage
- 1 pound of mac and cheese
- Large side of fries
- Large onion rings
- Bite of coleslaw
- 2 ears of corn
- 64-ounce Mountain Dew
Bless your (now incredibly hard-pumping) heart, Brock.
