There have been rumblings that the Baltimore Ravens could look to trade Steve Smith Sr., but according to the wide receiver, he'd quit if that happened.
"If they traded me, I'd quit today … I like to finish what I started," said Smith on Friday.
Smith shouldn't worry, as head coach John Harbaugh balked at the idea of trading the team's most productive wide receiver.
"That's the first I've heard that one. There's no chance of that," said Harbaugh. "I wouldn't part with him."
The 36-year-old reiterated his desire to retire at the end of the season, but with the Ravens sitting at 1-5, there have been reports they were looking to move him to a contender.
Smith isn't interested in moving to a contender.
