Jerry Jones: 'I don't know' if Cassel can help the Cowboys win
It appears Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones isn't overly confident in quarterback Matt Cassel.
With starter Tony Romo still sidelined with a broken collarbone, Cassel inherited the Cowboys' starting job Sunday, tossing three picks against one touchdown in a 27-20 loss to the New York Giants.
When asked if he was confident in Cassel's ability to help the team pile up wins until Romo returns, the Cowboys' head honcho was characteristically blunt:
More Jerry Jones: "If you’re asking me if I’m confident that Cassel can help us win several of the next ballgames, I don’t know that."

Romo, who started throwing this week and may begin practicing next week, is eligible to return for the Cowboys' Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins.
