This should make Dallas Cowboys fans happy.

For the first time since fracturing his left collarbone, Tony Romo is participating in individual throwing drills during practice.

Romo isn't eligible to return until the Cowboys' Nov. 22 matchup against the Miami Dolphins, but it's a positive sign nonetheless.

The Cowboys are 0-5 in Romo's absence, which executive vice president Stephen Jones called "unacceptable."

"I think we're a better team than that," Jones said Tuesday, according to Rainer Sabin of the Dallas Morning News. "But as Bill Parcells used to say, around here you are what you are and we're 2-5 and we accept that and we're accountable to it. Obviously we didn't do some things as well as we should have or we wouldn't be sitting here."
