San Diego Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd will attempt to continue playing despite being diagnosed with a labrum tear in his shoulder, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Labrum tears can be season-ending injuries, but with the 34-year-old Floyd having already declared that this season will be his last in the NFL, it appears he isn't prepared to let the injury be a career-ender.

Floyd has 21 catches for 409 yards and three touchdowns through nine games this season. If he never plays another snap, he will finish with 5,398 yards and 34 touchdowns across 11 seasons.
