Sunday's game was extra special for Kirk Cousins' dad, Don.
The elder Cousins was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and hasn't been able to attend games. However, he was on hand Sunday to watch his son lead the Washington Redskins to a 47-14 victory over the New Orleans Saints.
After the win, the quarterback gave his father a hug - and the game ball.

"To have him back was exciting and to have a game like that was a lot of fun, gave him the game ball," Kirk told CSN.
"He just said, 'Thank you. Thanks for a great day,' put a smile on his face and it was special for our family and we'll enjoy it tonight."
