The Giants allege Beckham was threatened and called homophobic slurs before the game. The Panthers said their use of baseball bats is a symbolic pre-game ritual the team has been doing for weeks.
Beckham was suspended for one game Monday for his actions in the game, which included a head shot on Panthers cornerback Josh Norman.
