The Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, and St. Louis Rams will have to pay a hefty fee if they're approved to move to Los Angeles.

The NFL has set a Monday deadline for teams to apply for relocation, and all three are expected to meet the deadline, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The team(s) that receive approval to move will have to pay a relocation fee of $550 million, Rapoport adds.

The cities of Oakland, San Diego, and St. Louis remain committed to keeping their respective teams in town. All three have submitted stadium proposals to NFL owners, although the St. Louis proposal is the only one that includes actionable public funds.

The Rams will not accept St. Louis' stadium plan, according to Rapoport.

NFL owners will meet Jan. 12 to discuss the L.A. relocation. At this point, no side is reportedly expected to get the 24 votes needed to approve a move.
