Lacy's offseason goal is to lose 30 pounds through a fitness training program, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Analysis:
Lacy was listed at 234 pounds this season, but appeared far heavier and less explosive than during his previous two NFL campaigns. That extra weight limited Lacy to just five touchdowns during the regular season, when he didn't manage a single rush of over 30 yards. As Lacy now looks forward to the final year of his rookie contract, the Packers hope he'll lose up to 30 pounds in order to regain some of the dynamism he flashed in past seasons.
