Manziel dumped by agent amid assault allegations
Johnny Manziel is running out of allies.
A day after a police report alleging Manziel assaulted his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, was made public (police say he will not be charged), Manziel's agent, Erik Burkhardt, cut ties with his client.
Burkhardt released this statement on the matter:

It's rare for an agent to publicly cut ties with a player, especially with such strong and telling language. It's an indication that some of the people closest to Manziel believe the soon-to-be ex-Cleveland Browns quarterback isn't interested in rehabilitating his career or, perhaps, his life.
