Bills fans crowned NFL's most responsible drinkers
Buffalo Bills fans are known for their rowdy tailgate parties, but they're also the most responsible drinkers in the NFL.
The Bills beat out the division-rival Miami Dolphins to win the Bud Light Good Sport Program Responsibility Bowl for the second straight year. The award goes to the NFL team that can get the most support for their designated driver program throughout the season.
During the 2015 season, the Bills had over 20,000 designated drivers.
"Our fans' second consecutive victory in the Responsibility Bowl supports the positive trend of responsible, respectful and courteous fan behavior the vast majority of our valued fans practice," said Andy Major, the Bills' vice president of operations and guest experience. "We thank the greatest fans in the NFL, and we are also very thankful to our partners from TEAM Coalition and MADD who provide these fun and unique ways for the Bills to share the message of responsible drinking and responsible behavior."
