Less than two weeks removed from the allegation, Bromley will avoid any charges. The second-year defensive tackle is coming off a campaign in which he ranked fifth on the defensive front in snaps, earning 41 percent of them. Such usage translated to 36 tackles (19 solo) in 16 games.
