Jimmy Graham's first season with the Seattle Seahawks ended with the tight end rupturing his patellar tendon, and it's currently unclear if his second season with the team will be impacted by the injury.

Graham suffered the knee injury in Week 12, and with a lengthy rehabilitation process needed to recover, the 29-year-old is in danger of missing the start of the 2016 season.

General manager John Schneider said Wednesday that there is currently no timetable for his return.

"I don't know. It's too early to tell," Schneider said, according to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN. "It's a very significant injury.

"He's down in Miami working with some people down there. He's doing great," Schneider added. "He's got a great attitude about it. Obviously it was a devastating injury for us at the time, but he's just a great guy... and he's ready to get after it."

Graham didn't make the impact most expected him to after being acquired from the New Orleans Saints for a first-round pick.

Graham's production dipped dramatically from his All-Pro form in New Orleans. He caught 48 passes for 605 yards and two touchdowns, and struggled to carve out a significant role in the Seahawks' offense.

While the Seahawks could move on from Graham with little financial impact - he has no guaranteed money left on his contract - the team appears set on giving him every chance to return from injury and become the player they traded significant draft capital for.
