Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg was criticized for his inaccuracy in college. Based on how things are going at the scouting combine, that remains an issue.

It's important to remember Hackenberg is throwing to wide receivers he's unfamiliar with, and that scouts care more about how the ball looks coming out of his hand than whether it's a completed pass, but this is still less than ideal.
