Terrance Knighton is set to become a free agent for the second year in a row after tweeting Monday that the Washington Redskins have informed him they're moving on.
Thank you DMV for embracing me this year. Had a lot of fun on this years playoff run. The Pot Roast train has been told to move on! ✌🏾️

Knighton signed a one-year, prove-it deal with the Redskins in 2015 after spending the previous two seasons with the Denver Broncos. He started all but one game at nose tackle for Washington, but admitted in a recent interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio that it may not have been the right scheme fit.
The 29-year-old has appeared in 108 career games throughout his seven-year career, tallying 230 tackles, 14 sacks, and two interceptions.
