The Carolina Panthers signed defensive tackle Paul Soliai to a two-year contract, worth $7 million, according to FOX Sports' Mike Garafolo.
Soliai will receive $3 million guaranteed, per multiple sources.
The 32-year-old recorded 22 tackles in 14 games with the Atlanta Falcons, making 10 starts.
Soliai joins a vaunted Panthers' defensive tackle duo of second-team All-Pro Kawann Short and Star Lotulelei, both of whom were instrumental in the team's run to the Super Bowl.
The veteran defensive tackle is best known for his run-stopping prowess, and will be a welcome addition to a formidable group as the Panthers gear up for another deep playoff run.
