Titans, Sean Spence agree to terms
The Tennessee Titans announced Wednesday they've agreed to terms with former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Sean Spence.
The deal is reportedly for one year at $2.5 million, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Spence reportedly visited the Titans on Wednesday after previous free-agent visits with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins.
The 27-year-old has recorded 90 tackles and two sacks in the past two seasons with the Steelers. Spence will reunite with former Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau in Tennessee and compete with Wesley Woodyard and Avery Williamson for one of the starting inside linebacker positions.
Spence suffered a knee injury in the preseason of his rookie year and missed two years. He won the Ed Block Courage Award in 2014.
