The New England Patriots won't be getting back the draft picks stripped as a result of the NFL's investigation into the "Deflategate" scandal.
Commissioner Roger Goodell confirmed Wednesday that he received a letter from Patriots owner Robert Kraft asking for the return of New England's first-round pick, but said there was no "new information" presented that would lead him to do so.
The Patriots were slated to pick 29th overall in the 2016 draft.
Goodell was also asked Wednesday about reports of the NFL and Tom Brady potentially settling out of court in the "Deflategate" case.
"I'm not aware of that," Goodell said.
