The Kansas City Chiefs have signed free-agent safety Jimmy Wilson to a one-year contract, a source told Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.
Wilson spent the 2015 season with the San Diego Chargers, appearing in 13 games and racking up 44 total tackles, one sack, and one interception.
The five-year veteran will likely provide depth at the strong-safety position after the Chiefs lost Tyvon Branch in free agency and have yet to re-sign Husain Abdullah.
