Coyotes' Dylan Strome: Doubtful for season opener

Strome will likely be a healthy scratch for the Coyotes' season opener against the Flyers on Saturday, Craig Morgan of AZ Sports reports.

Strome saw action in seven preseason contests, scoring two goals and two assists, but was beaten out for a spot on the roster for Saturday's matchup. The highly touted prospect racked up an astronomical 111 points in the OHL last season after being selected by the Yotes third overall in the 2015 NHL Draft. Even if he is unable to secure regular ice time throughout the season, owners in keeper or dynasty leagues with an open roster spot may still want to consider holding onto the 19-year-old.
