Maple Leafs' Nazem Kadri: Scores twice against Oilers
Kadri scored two goals -- including the game-winner in overtime -- with six shots on net, a plus-2 rating and a minor penalty during Tuesday's game against Edmonton.
Analysis:
It was Kadri's fifth goal of the season, and his six shots on net were a season high. What is equally impressive, though, is Connor McDavid was his most frequent opponent, and Kadri held McDavid off the scoresheet. Additionally, Kadri is providing impressive cross-category production with eight points, 17 PIM, 21 shots on net, 19 hits and an even rating through the first 10 games of the year.
