Kings' Marian Gaborik: Skates again Wednesday, rehab progressing smoothly
Gaborik (foot) skated once again Wednesday, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
Analysis:
Gaborik has missed all of the 2016-17 campaign due to a broken foot sustained during the World Cup of Hockey, but he's made strides in his rehab in recent weeks. "This is kind of the first skate where I pushed it, and it feels pretty good," Gaborik said. While there's still no official timetable for the right winger's return, it's clear that the Slovakian winger is heading in the right direction with his rehab, and his season debut should not be too far off.
