Red Wings' Thomas Vanek: To rejoin lineup Sunday

Vanek (hip) will be in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Flames, Roger Millions of Sportsnet Calgary reports.

Analysis:

Vanek has missed each of the team's last 11 games due to the hip issue, but is finally healthy enough to rejoin his teammates after the getting off to a strong start to the season. The 32-year-old Austrian has totaled eight points through seven games this season and will look to pick up where he left off before the injury.
