Wild's Zach Parise: Late scratch Thursday
Parise did not take the ice for warmups Thursday and will miss the game due to an illness, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Illnesses don't generally hold players out too long, but Parise will likely be a question mark ahead of Friday's contest against the Rangers. Jordan Schroeder will slot into the lineup in his place Thursday and would likely do the same again Friday should the star winger be unavailable.
