The American Hockey League All-Stars paid tribute to Tuscon Road Runners captain Craig Cunningham at the minor-league showcase Monday night in Allentown, Pa., wearing his No. 14 in warmups.

Cunningham collapsed and went into cardiac arrest before puck drop a Nov. 19 game versus the Manitoba Moose.
Heroic efforts of first responders and staff at Banner University Medical Center rescued the 26-year-old's life.
