Senators' Marc Methot: Will not return until postseason

Methot (hand) is not expected back until the playoffs, Dean Brown of TSN 1200 reports.

Analysis:

Methot's absence isn't a huge loss for most fantasy owners and DFS players, but he has tremendous value to his real-life team. With the veteran sidelined it likely means Fredrik Claesson and/or Jyrki Jokipakka draws into the lineup for the remainder of the regular season and perhaps the early stages of the postseason.
