Lightning eliminate Devils, advance to 2nd round with Game 5 win

The Tampa Bay Lightning are the first Eastern Conference team to move on in the 2018 Stanley Cup playoffs.
Nikita Kucherov scored the eventual winner in the the third period as the Lightning knocked out the New Jersey Devils and advanced to the second round with a 3-1 victory in Game 5 on Saturday.
Patrick Maroon cut Tampa Bay's lead to 2-1 with three minutes left, but Ryan Callahan potted an empty-netter to seal it.
The Lightning will face either the Boston Bruins or the Toronto Maple Leafs, with the Bruins holding a 3-1 lead in that series entering Game 5 on Saturday night.
