Islanders re-sign Hickey to 4-year, $10M deal

The New York Islanders have re-signed defenseman Thomas Hickey to a four-year contract, the team announced Sunday.
The deal reportedly carries a $2.5 million cap hit, according to TSN's Darren Dreger.
Hickey is a steady blue-liner who chipped in 25 points in 69 games for the Islanders this past season.
