The Seattle Kraken have signed unrestricted free-agent forward Alexander Wennberg to a three-year contract carrying an average annual value of $4.5 million, the team announced.
Wennberg posted a career-high 17 goals with the Florida Panthers last season but converted on 20.7% of his shots - an unsustainable rate going forward.
A first-round pick of the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2013, Wennberg spent six seasons with Columbus before joining the Panthers in 2020-21.
Wennberg has notched 230 points in 471 career games.
