Komarov has notified the Leafs that he has signed a one-year deal with the KHL's Dynamo Moscow, the Toronto Star says, confirming previous reports.
There had been previous speculation that Komarov had planned to leave the Maple Leafs for the KHL, and Thursday's report confirms it. He will seek to take advantage of an expanded role with Dynamo Moscow, and hasn't ruled out a future return to the NHL.
