Leblanc, who suffered a high-ankle sprain and took a step back in his development last season, is looking for a fresh start this summer as the Canadiens kicked off their annual development camp Wednesday, the Hockey Inside Out blog reports.

Leblanc suffered the injury early in the AHL season and it apparently lingered. The Canadiens still value him and are looking for the former first-round draft pick (2009) to make a fresh start. "I'm not worried about Louis bouncing back," Montreal director of player development Martin Lapointe said. "He's a good kid that works hard."
