Coyotes trade Zucker to Predators for 6th-round pick

The Arizona Coyotes sent forward Jason Zucker to the Nashville Predators in exchange for a 2024 sixth-round pick, the teams announced.
A pending unrestricted free agent, Zucker carries a cap hit of $5.3 million. Arizona isn't retaining any of his salary. The pick originally belonged to the Dallas Stars.
Zucker has amassed nine goals and 25 points in 51 games in the desert this season while averaging 14 minutes of ice time.
The 32-year-old enjoyed an offensive resurgence last campaign with the Pittsburgh Penguins, chipping in with 27 goals and 48 points in 78 outings.
Zucker has totaled 191 goals and 363 points in 679 career NHL games.
